River Ryders Adventure Park

Welcome to River Ryders Adventure Park. By accessing the park or participating in any of our activities, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking or entering the park.

1. Assumption of Risk

Participation in adventure activities such as ATV tours, ziplining, river swings, and other outdoor experiences involves inherent risks. By entering the park or engaging in any activity, you voluntarily accept all risks, including the risk of injury or death, and release River Ryders Adventure Park from any liability.

2. Health & Safety

  • Guests must be in good physical condition and free from any medical conditions that may be aggravated by participation.
  • Safety gear must be worn at all times as instructed by park staff.
  • Participants must follow all directions provided by guides and instructors.
  • We reserve the right to deny participation if a guest appears unfit or poses a risk to themselves or others.

3. Age & Participation Requirements

  • Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Some activities may have specific age, height, or weight restrictions for safety purposes.
  • It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure they meet the requirements for each activity before booking.

4. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be confirmed with full payment before engaging in any activity.
  • Bookings are non-transferable without prior approval from River Ryders Adventure Park.
  • Pricing is subject to change without notice.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled activity or for no-shows.
  • Activities may be delayed or canceled due to unsafe weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests may reschedule at no additional charge.

6. Liability Waiver

  • All guests must sign a liability waiver before participating in any activity. Refusal to sign will result in the cancellation of participation without a refund.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other visitors, and the environment.
  • Any aggressive, reckless, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the park without refund.
  • We reserve the right to deny access to anyone who does not comply with our safety rules or code of conduct.

8. Personal Belongings

  • River Ryders Adventure Park is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please leave valuables at home or store them securely.

9. Photography & Media Consent

  • By entering the park, you consent to being photographed or filmed for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included in such media, please inform a staff member upon entry.

10. Modifications to Terms

River Ryders Adventure Park reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and at the entrance of the park.
By visiting River Ryders Adventure Park and participating in our activities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
